Engagement Process
Investigations
- Vialpando Investigative Services (VIS) diligently adheres to the guidelines and client engagement requirements outlined by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) https://www.bsis.ca.gov.
- A client service agreement must be executed prior to any work being performed. The agreement, prepared by VIS, will outline the services to be provided, the estimated cost of the services, and the deliverables to be provided to the client.
- VIS will not violate the law in providing services and will verify the legitimacy of the client's entitlement to the information and services being sought prior to undertaking any work on the client's behalf.
Consulting & Training
- Vialpando Investigative Services will establish a client contract for consulting and training services sought by the client.
- The contract will contain a negotiated Scope of Work outlining the work to be performed, an estimated timeline for completion, and estimated cost of the project.
- A final report will be provided to the client at the end of the project outlining the project's deliverables and recommendations for future progress.
- Exhibits, resources, and attachments, as required, will be included with the final report., including training presentations for future use by the client as the client deems appropriate.
