Dave Vialpando is a 36-year law enforcement veteran having served at the local, state, and federal level in a multitude of assignments providing a wealth of knowledge and success working at the line, supervisory, and executive management levels of the criminal justice system. He has served as adjunct faculty for institutions of higher education in the Criminal Justice and Administration of Justice Colleges. Dave is a California-licensed private investigator and a national lecturer on a wide breadth of subjects, including public safety, regulatory oversight, organizational behavior, leadership and management, and community engagement. He is the author of several books, including Criminal Justice in Crisis: New Paradigms in Law Enforcement, Fundamentals of Tribal Casino Gaming Regulation: A Primer for Regulators, and Warrior with a Badge (fiction).
